Let the writing process be divided into three phases:

1. IDEFENSE
2. KLADDING
3. EDITING

THE IDEA PHASE  means that you think through and plan how you want to approach the task. Many people have a special way of making an outline. Mind maps are an effective way of working for some. The use of key words and incomplete sentences is suitable for others. The most important thing is that you think through and plan and that you know what you are doing and why you are doing it.

DRAWING : This means that you write down the thoughts / ideas you have written down in the idea phase. Now try to write a text with sentences that are complete and that give meaning to an imaginary recipient. As you type, keep these tips in mind:

Write fast and as much as possible. It is better to have too much text than too little. You can simply iron out the excess afterwards. Think more about the content than the wording. You are waiting for the precise word choice and the good way of expression until the last phase (the editing phase).

Wait to write the introduction. Because you do not quite know what the finished text will look like, you also do not know how to best lead the reader into the topic. The same can apply to termination. Wait to conclude, summarise and frame the text. A natural ending often appears when you have revised and entered the text.

Formulate as if you are talking to the recipient. Imagine that you have an interested audience in front of you. Think about what you wanted to say - say it - and write it down!

EDITING is the introductory phase. Now the text must be improved or edited, as journalists like to say. In this phase, you concentrate on introduction, paragraph division, text punctuation, sentence structure, style, word choice, spelling and punctuation.

If you write on a PC, there are of course completely different possibilities for editing than when you write by hand on a full-day test, but it is still a question of a certain technique that can be learned and writing. A trick is to "read the text" while editing and entering. Stop - think through - and check the expression before you enter. Check the spelling and look up in the dictionary the words you are unsure of.
