Step 2: Now remove the breath completely and lift the knees from the ground, pull both legs towards the upper and lift the chest from the ground at the same time. The arms and hands perform the same function as a bow in stretching the body like a bow.

Step 6: Now while exhaling, slowly release the ankles and straighten both the legs, but keep in mind that first keep the knees on the ground, then touch the chin to the ground and after that, leaving the feet, reaching off to the ground, let it come slowly. Place your skull on the ground and give it a rest.
Step 7: Start this exercise with 5 seconds and keep increasing the time daily till it becomes 15-30 seconds without any pressure.
You can do this yoga asana on an empty stomach at least 3 times daily. During this asana meditation, the focus should be on the purification cycle.
