Know About The  Diet That Can Help You Lose Weight and Maintain a Healthy Heart

Losing those extra kilos from our bodies can be a tough task. But what if we told you that you can easily lose 5-7kgs in a week. Heart disease is the biggest cause of mortality worldwide. Heart disorders have become more common in recent years, particularly among young individuals. 1. Day

8 to 10 glasses of water are recommended.   This is due to the fact that the body detoxes on the first day of the diet. Put your focus only on drinking water and eating fruit.


2. Day 

The second day focuses more on meals that are readily absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. On the second day, just eat veggies. For breakfast, you could have cooked potato as it offers enough energy for the rest of the day. Cook vegetables with a high glycaemic index, such as corn or green peas. But make sure they are cooked without oil, ghee, or butter. This is in contrast to the first day as people may  feel dizzy due to a lack of carbs and constant fluid consumption,


3. Day 

It is also advised to consume a range of fruits and vegetables at every meal on the third day.  This is to keep the stomach full but also to satisfy your hunger. The primary guideline is to cook vegetables with little or no oil, and  maize, peas, or carrots must be avoided. 


4. Day 

The human body has taken in adequate amounts of fruit sugar and plant fibre, and it no longer reacts to bananas due to its stable appetite.  Drink more liquids like milkshakes and soups for energy. The sole guideline is that no honey, sugar, or sweetener should be added. 


5. Day  

By the fifth day, a person can only eat meat and tomatoes. The only restriction is that meat, such as chicken, eggs, or fish, must be included. Vegetarians could opt for paneer, tofu, or brown rice.


6. Day 

The sixth day of the GM diet is a  cheat day for dieters since they may eat any meat and veggies they choose.


7. Day 

Meal portions fluctuate on the final day of the GM weight-loss regimen. 

Dieters are permitted to consume white or brown rice starch. However, the weight-loss strategy is returning to fruit and vegetables, which may be easier to consume than on days 1–3.
People follow GM dietary plan to lose weight. However, the results may vary but it's a good step to take for your heart. The plan might not yield your desired results but it will definitely improve your heart health by lowering the risk of heart diseases.
