Bangalore, commonly known as Bengaluru, is the capital of the southern Indian state of Karnataka and one of Asia's fastest developing cities. Bangalore, often known as the Garden City, is India's Silicon Valley, serving as the epicenter of the country's software evolution over the last two decades. Bangalore Palace

Chamaraja Wodeyar oversaw the construction of this architectural marvel, which was completed in 1887. Bangalore Palace, built in the Tudor style, is said to have been inspired by England's Windsor Castle. The palace contains defended towers and Gothic windows, as well as lavishly carved interiors. The expansive grounds around the palace are used for public events and performances. Bangalore Palace is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Sundays are still closed. For Indians, the entry cost is Rs. 200, and for foreigners, the fee is Rs. 400. Other expenses include Rs. 1000 fee for video and an Rs. 500 fee for still photography.

Tipu Sultan’s Palace

The palace was begun by Hyder Ali and finished by Tipu Sultan in 1791 A.D. It was the latter's summer residence until his death in 1799 A.D. The edifice is entirely made of ornamentally carved French Rosewood and is supported by artistically embellished pillars, arches, and balconies. It now contains a small museum with artifacts from the Hyder-Tipu era. Tipu's Palace is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., except on Sundays, and there is a small admission fee.

Bangalore Fort

The Bangalore fort's history dates back to 1537 A.D. when it was a Tipu stronghold. Kempe Gowda, a feudatory of the Vijaynagar Empire, built a mud fort. Hyder Ali later transformed this into a stone structure in 1761 A.D. The only relics of the ancient fort are the Delhi Gate and the remains of two bastions. Tipu's wooden palace is situated within the fortifications. Except on Sundays, Bangalore Fort is accessible from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a small admission cost.

Vidhana Soudha

The Karnataka State Legislative Assembly, or Vidhana Soudha, is a magnificent structure that was finished in 1956. The structure was constructed in a Mysore Neo-Dravidian style, drawing extensively on Indo-Saracenic and Dravidian forms. It has towering granite columns and a 60-foot-diameter dome capped by a depiction of the Indian national emblem. Entry to Vidhana Soudha is restricted because it is the State Legislative Assembly. It can, however, be seen on weekends and public holidays between 6.00 pm and 8.30 pm, when it is attractively illuminated.

Attara Kacheri

The Karnataka High Court, which overlooks the Vidhana Soudha, is known as Attara Kacheri. It is built in the Greco-Roman style and is made of bricks and stones that have been painted crimson. Bangalore's Attara Kacheri is a structure that houses the High Court. It was built in 1867 and is located directly across from the Vidhana Soudha. The Gothic Style architecture of the Attara Kacheri is one of its main draws. It is a two-story structure constructed in the European classical style. Gardens

Bangalore, known as India's "Garden City," is home to some of the most exquisitely designed gardens in the country. Lal Bagh, commissioned by Hyder Ali in 1760, is a botanical garden with over 1000 types of flora and animals, as well as a glasshouse. It is well-known for its annual flower exhibition. The entry cost is Rs.10 Lumbini Gardens is a wave pool with an artificial beach located on the banks of Nagawara Lake. The pool is 12,500 square feet in size. Lumbini Park is open to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. It costs Rs. 10 to enter.

HAL Aerospace Museum

Bangalore also has a plethora of museums. The HAL Aerospace Museum, India's first aerospace museum, is one of the most fascinating of them. Various model aircraft, communication and navigation devices, and other items are on show here. The HAL Aerospace Museum is open from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. Bull Temple

The name of the garden comes from a big rock structure and the buglers who used to stand atop it to alarm local inhabitants when necessary. Bannerghatta National Park

Bannerghatta National Park, located around 22 kilometers from Bangalore, is a popular tourist destination. This zoological park, which covers an area of 25,000 acres, is one of India's richest zoological reserves. It has a tiger and lion reserve, as well as a museum, butterfly garden, and biological reserve. Bannerghatta National Park is open from 9.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m., with the grand safari taking place between 11.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. On Tuesdays, it is closed. Brigade Road
